Fixed width font for fixed width files

When importing a fixed width file, the wizard presents the file contents to assist with selecting column breaks. Problem is that the font used for the display is variable width, such that as you progress to the right, the rows no longer visibly align...

Stop forcing file extension change to access fixed length file imports

Rather than assuming that all .txt files are delimited for purposes of import, allow us to import a .txt file as either delimited or fixed, vs. forcing us to rename a file to .fil just to import it.

Fixes to Import Wizard when doing fixed width file import

Why is a *.fil file required for fixed width? Why is a *.txt file forced to delimited, when I would like to import a fixed width *.txt file? Sure, I can do the extra step of changing the file extension, but I do not see the value in forcing that step...
