Did you know that the Oracle documentation is free and available on the Oracle Technical Network?
Almost any product download section in OTN has a documentation tab. The best way to look up the documentation for any product is to do a search for the product itself, or, use the OTN general topics section along the left side.
The documentation is a sizable zip file.
Once unzipped…double click on the Index.htm file:
I generally start with the Master Index list when researching a topic or looking for syntax examples. Notice the supporting documentation section in the center page…the more common documentation files are here.
I also prefer the PDF versions of the documentation.

Once you unzip the huge zip file, if you know you're only interested in certain access (e.g. html), then you can issue a del /s *.mobi *.pdf *.epub and reduce the space used by like 60-70%. In fact I downloaded and unzipped all the Oracle docs for all Oracle versions, dropped all but the html, and then created my own zip of just that - and it's smaller than any one library download :)
